Deposits and Fees

Are you ready to plan your next vacation? As a travel agent and a business owner we supply you with professional services and the opportunity to travel without all of the leg work. 

What's involved in planning a vacation? For a simple trip like a resort or cruise vacation we:

  • get to know you and what you are looking for - where, when, class of service, flight preferences, and more.
  • provide 2-4 selections from thousands of different possibilities for you to choose from. For example if you search Punta Cana all-Inclusive there are well over 400 resorts to choose from - plus flights and transfers to and from the airport.
  • track the prices and requote to ensure you have the updated and correct information
  • answer any questions your may have or changes that are needed, working with the suppliers so you don't have to
  • ensure your itinerary is up to date, and check for covid-19 restrictions and entry forms that may need to be completed
  • support you when you travel - need something, have a concern - just call or text.

All of this is just for a basic vacation or cruise and this will stay as a free service.

For more complex travel, custom itineraries and flights, we do charge fees for these services. Below you will find more information on the types of additional services we offer.

Booking and tracking flights can be time consuming for most. We are happy to assist you with booking your flights. Since airlines stopped paying commission many years ago there is a fee for service.

The effort that goes into planning a complex itinerary is detailed and can be consuming. If you are looking for a general budget idea, we can have that discussion and we can supply a ballpark figure. To start planning your vacation and in order to supply you with a quote and different options we do have a plan to go fee below.

Single Destination or Cruise Vacation

Planning a pre-packaged single destination resort vacations, cruise vacations, or escorted tour includes: 

  • Up to four quotes including airfare, transfer to/from hotel/airport and suggestions for excursions
  • Booking, tracking & updates
  • Itinerary available online and paper versions
  • Assistance while traveling
  • Follow up and support as needed. 

Examples - Packaged resort destinations, cruise itineraries without independent pre/post extensions, packaged guided tours. 


Plan To Travel Deposit

  • A deposit of $50 per person is required to begin planning your vacation
  • The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied towards your booking when you make your final payment.
  • If you chose not to book or book with another agency, your deposit will be retained by us as payment for our planning services rendered.
Air & Rail

Booking and tracking flights and trains can be time consuming. We are happy to assist you with booking your flights. Since suppliers stopped paying commission many years ago there is a fee for these services.

Air & Rail Service Fees

  • $25 per traveler for domestic round trip airline tickets
  • $25 per traveler for intercity European, Asian and African one way airline or train tickets
  • $50 per traveler for international round trip flights
Complex & Custom Travel Itineraries

Customized itineraries, multiply destinations, weddings and groups are a great way to travel and to explore, but can be very complex to plan. We will research cruises, hotels and/or tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, suggest excursions and draft itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a vacation as is possible.

  • Guidance and suggestions while planning
  • Up to 4 quotes for a fully planned itinerary, including airfare, accommodations, sightseeing tours, car or transfer for every location you are visiting
  • Booking, tracking and updates
  • Itinerary available online and paper version
  • Assistance when traveling
  • Follow up and support as needed

Custom Planning Fee

  • $100 per person per city or region
  • The fee is non-refundable and valid for 30 days
